General
These general terms and conditions apply to any agreement concluded in connection with the visit to the event and the purchase of all admission tickets thereto between the visitor (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and the organisation, Lina's Events and any other company or firm directly or indirectly affiliated with this company or firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), regardless of how it is concluded.

By purchasing and/or using a ticket and/or entering the location of the event to be referred to as: the "location", the visitor agrees to the contents of these general terms and conditions.


Entrance ticket
This event is only accessible to persons who are 18 years of age or older on the date of the event. The responsibility for the purchase of tickets lies with the visitor, the organisation reserves the right to refuse entry to the visitor if he is not older than 18 without refunding the ticket.

A ticket will be issued once to the visitor and provides the ticket holder with one-off access to the event and location. The tickets supplied by the organisation are and remain the property of the organiser and will be made available to the buyer.

Only purchase via the ticket service shows on www.pinafestival.nl guarantees the validity of the ticket. The burden of proof in this respect rests with the customer. The organiser reserves the right at all times to refuse entry to a person in case of invalid tickets.

Only the holder of the admission ticket who shows the admission ticket first at the start of the event will be admitted. The organisation assumes that the holder of the admission ticket is also the rightful claimant. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that he or she becomes and remains the holder of the tickets. The organiser is not liable for loss of or damage to tickets by the buyer for whatever reason.

The organiser reserves the right to search at all times. In order to enable the organiser to comply with its legal obligations, visitors should be able to identify themselves on request.

Tickets that have already been purchased will not be exchanged or taken back.


House rules
The organization reserves the right to follow house rules for visitors to the event. These rules will be posted on the website and on the location prior to the event. Visitors must at all times comply with the house rules of the event and instructions from staff and competent authorities. If the organisation deems this reasonably necessary in order to maintain peace and order during the event, or in the event of non-compliance with the house rules, it has the right to deny the visitor (further) access to the event and/or to remove him/her from the location.

Image and sound recordings


It is possible that image and/or sound recordings will be made of the event and the visitors and recordings will be made public or reproduced. The visitor grants unconditional permission to make the aforementioned recordings and to exploit them without the organisation or third parties being or will be liable to pay any compensation to the visitor. The visitor hereby assigns any neighbouring and/or copyright and/or portrait rights to the organisation without any restriction. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke his/her personality rights.

Force majeure
In the event of force majeure in the broadest sense of the word, including in this context illness and/or cancellation of the artist(s), strikes, threat of terrorism, decision to cancel by the competent authority, fire, (bad) weather conditions, etc., the organiser has the right to postpone the event to another date or another location or to cancel the event.

If the event is cancelled as a result of or in connection with force majeure, the organiser will only be obliged to refund the customer the fee stated on the admission ticket, regardless of the price paid by the side for the admission ticket. Refunds will only be made within ten weeks after the cancelled date via the ticket provider. Service costs or other damages will not be refunded. Nor can the customer claim admission to another event.


Liability
Visitors enter the location and attend the event at their own risk. The organisation is not liable for loss of, theft of and/or damage to visitors' belongings, consequential damage and immaterial damage.

The organiser is not liable or responsible for hearing damage, facial damage and other physical disorders that may be related to attending the event.

The organiser will endeavour to ensure that the programme is as much as possible in accordance with the announced timetable. Translated with
